How can I pay the bill? What payment methods do you accept?

We offer 2 payment methods: wire transfer and credit card payment.

Wire Transfer: You may send an overseas money transfer via your online banking or go directly to your bank. The branch teller will process it for you. Or you are recommended to use other 3rd-party money transfer tools such as OFX, Transferwise, Payoneer, World First, etc. who offer lower fees. We will add a 3% surcharge, with a lower and upper limit of $30 and $50, which is to cover the transaction costs arising from the intermediary banks, SWIFT and the inward remittance fee charged by our bank.

Credit Card Payment: Our website will re-direct you to Stripe, a global secure credit card payment gateway to process the payment. You will be asked to enter your credit card number, expiry date, CVV, and your personal information on Stripe website. And we will receive the payment and acknowledge the receipt instantly on our website.
