The boxes have been sent to Amazon. But why can't I see the inventory on Amazon?

It takes up to 72 hours for Amazon warehouse people to check in the units after we deliver the shipment. It may be even longer during peak season. 
And it will take up to 1 months for Amazon warehouse staff to finish counting and checking in all your units. 
After the shipment is eligible for reconciliation, if there are still missing units, please open an investigation with Amazon.
For the shipments that are delivered by UPS or Fedex, we provide tracking numbers and you may enter them in the Track tab in the FBA Shipment Plan.
For those delivered by trucks, you may enter N/A in the Track tab and we will provide a POD (Proof of Delivery) with  Amazon Warehouse's chops. 
You may initiate an investigation with the above together with the purchase invoice from your supplier. Amazon will reimburse you for the lost items in their warehouse.
