How to add FBA shipment ID and Amazon reference ID?

You will be asked to provide FBA Shipment ID and Amazon Reference ID on our website, as shown below. We need these two IDs to make a delivery appointment with Amazon.

The IDs can be found in the FBA Shipment Plan in your Amazon Seller Central, as shown below:
