Why can’t my boxes be sent to the China port directly?
Cargo must arrive at our warehouse first for a series of preparation work before being loaded. Our warehouse colleagues will attach carriers' labels, re-measure and weigh the boxes to finalize the prices, and check the boxes and the labels and fix them if they are not in good conditions.
We load cargo on containers in our warehouse in Yiwu and Shenzhen and we don't have warehouses at the ports. So it's also hard to coordinate the transition if goods are sent directly to the port.
